The Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) is Australia’s workplace regulator. It provides FREE advice and assistance to help businesses meet their workplace relations obligations.
The FWO’s Small Business Showcase provides a range of tools and resources, including information on paying employees and keeping accurate records. Free downloadable templates are also available on a wide range of topics, such as employing staff, pay slips and record-keeping. You can calculate pay rates and entitlements for your employees using the Pay and Conditions Tool (PACT).
Priority support and specialised information are available by registering for the FWO’s My account at www.fairwork.gov.au or calling the FWO’s dedicated Small Business Helpline on 13 13 94. To get updates on information that’s relevant to you, sign up for email updates.

Coronavirus and Australian workplaces
The outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) has no doubt presented some unprecedented challenges at workplaces.
